Registration
Closed
Florida 4-H Participation Form must be on file in the State Events office for all participants by June 1. A copy of the Participation Form should also be with the participant when traveling to Legislature.
Agent Responsibility Form (pdf) should be in the Events Office by June 1 for the agent in charge of each county.

Online regstration is now open, only county agents may fill out online forms. Please contact your county if you are interested in participating.
Payment
The Registration Fee for 2009 Legislature is $225.00 per participant for youth and adults. Payments should be made to the Florida 4-H Foundation, Inc. with one county check, and be in the State 4-H Office by June 1, 2009.
