Registration

The following forms must be submitted to your County Extension Office by their set deadline. All County Offices must complete the online registration process by April 1 to avoid late fees.

Florida 4-H Participation Form must be on file in the State Events office for all participants by June 2. A copy of the Participation Form should also be with the participant when traveling to Legislature.

Agent Responsibility Form (pdf) should be in the Events Office by June 2 for the agent in charge of each county.

Payment

The Registration Fee for 2008 Legislature is $225.00 per participant for youth and adults. Payments should be made to the Florida 4-H Foundation, Inc. with one county check, and be in the State 4-H Office by June 2, 2008.
