Beekeeping Project
In the 4-H Beekeeping projects, you will learn:
- about ecological systems;
- about biological principles of living organisms; and
- skills such as decision-making, getting along with others, self-responsibility, planning and organizing, and improving your knowledge of general science and technology.
BEES (For Youth Ages 11-18)
This series will teach you about bees and the colonies in which they live. It explains the reasons for keeping bees and tells you how to get started in beekeeping projects. A guide is also provided to form a bee club so you and your fellow 4-H club members will become better beekeepers.
